Brian P. Aderhold
Brian has served the construction industry since 1997. Throughout his 31-year career, Brian has built landmark projects throughout
Florida and Texas. Brians strength as a leader lies in building high-performance teams and lasting relationships with clients.
Prior to starting Aderhold Roofing, Brian held supervisory and safety management posts at ENR top 100 construction management firms and has a successful track record in executing profitable and safety minded strategies.
Brian is a Certified Roofing Contractor and Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida (CCC1329750 & CGC1520242), as well as an OSHA Certified Trainer. Brian currently sits on the board of directors of the West Coast Roofing Contractors Association and devotes his efforts and charitable organizations, such as Black Dagger, Wounded Warriors, Saint Jude’s Research, and the American Heart Association.
Executive Vice President
Kari K. Aderhold
Kari is a results-oriented leader overseeing all of Aderhold Roofings financial controls, risk management, and marketing. Kari’s focus is on lean management, with a critical eye on control, consistency and continuous improvement in all areas of Aderhold Roofings business platform. Kari has over 19 years of industry experience that includes administrative and supervisory roles at ENR top 100 firms.
Kari attended Wichita State University and stays up to date in her field of expertise by taking continuing education courses at Columbia University and the Wharton School. Kari is a member of the National Women in Roofing and the National Association of Women in Construction. She is actively involved in several charitable contributions including Annabelle’s Closet, Black Dagger, Hillsborough County Firefighters Benevolent Fund and the Hillsborough County Sheriffs Fraternal Order of Police.
Stephanie brings over 13 years of administrative and human resources experience to Aderhold Roofing. As General Manager, she works closely with the entire Aderhold Roofing team throughout all phases of construction, supporting and guiding the team to ensure success at all levels. Stephanie is a Certified Administrative Professional and a Notary Public.
Director of Business Development
Robert is the former President of the Bay Area Apartment Association. He has 35 years of experience in real estate with over 20 years in multi-family experience. Robert has had the unique opportunity to work in many facets of the multi-family industry including Maintenance Supervisor, Property, and owner of multi-family units.
Robert has had affiliations in state and national multi-family organizations and is on the board of directors for the Bay Area Apartment Association.
Robbie has 25 years of experience in the industry and is a valuable asset to the Aderhold Roofing Team. He has 20 years of field experience that provides him with a three-dimensional perspective to our projects. The attention to detail Robbie brings to every project has earned him a reputation as an outstanding Pre Construction Manager.
Robbie has an OSHA 10 hour certification as well as certifications by all major roofing system manufacturers including Carlisle, Firestone, GAF, Johns Manville.
