Corrosion: Metal connectors and fasteners can corrode over time causing serious issues with your fall protection. Our inspections will make you aware of any corrosion issues and help you begin a course of action to fix the issue.
Cracks: Large cracks or excessive cracking will begin to weaken deck framing members. it could lead to a catastrophic failure of the balcony.

Railings: Check all railing connections. A qualified inspector can make sure railings are connected properly and meet or exceed size and strength requirements set forth by OSHA and the state of Florida.
