Improper and Loose Connections

Nails should never be used to secure railings or balconies. The use of nails can lead to a falling hazard for not only your residents but your employees as well.
Corrosion
Metal connectors and fasteners can corrode over time causing serious issues with your fall protection. Our inspections will make you aware of any corrosion issues and help you begin a course of action to fix the issue.
Cracks
Large cracks or excessive cracking will begin to weaken deck framing members. it could lead to a catastrophic failure of the balcony.

Rot

Railings
